Emma is awesome!!! I couldn’t recommend her more highly! And she knows her stuff!

Having done a one to one package with Emma a year ago to help me back to health…. I loved the idea of doing her 21 day detox challenge to iron out some old bad eating habits that had crept back in and to encourage me back into a more healthy nutritional lifestyle.

It’s not easy….especially the first week (giving up coffee, dairy, sugar, etc) I was grumpy, tired, no energy and generally not good company!!! But then suddenly you start to feel the benefits…..flat stomach, no bloating, more energy and cravings lessen for all those naughty sugary things. The recipes are brilliant and really tasty, they take a bit of getting used to….as you have to be organised and prep ingredients…so I did the easy ones during the week and more difficult ones at weekend and would tend to cook double the amount for supper so I had some for lunch the next day.

It was brilliant having the zoom sessions each week with all the other participants and listen to Emma’s talks and then have a Q&A. I felt totally supported and encouraged. The Facebook group was brilliant as everyone can chat with each other about the detox and you don’t feel alone.

If you get the chance “DO IT!” You will feel incredible, thank you Emma.

I came to see Emma because I’d been having stomach issues for months, and they were starting to get worse, so I felt I could no longer ignore them and hope they’d go away on their own. I constantly felt bloated, and felt very uncomfortable after eating, and first thing in the morning when I woke up. I was always tired, especially after eating, and found I needed to constantly belch after meals. I’d also had very loose bowel movements for several weeks.

After describing my symptoms to Emma, she suspected I had something called S.I.B.O. – small intestine bacterial overgrowth – which I’d never heard of but is quite common, and there is a specific test you can do to find out if you have it or not. Whilst waiting for the testing kit and the subsequent results to arrive, I was given a very restrictive diet to follow, with all the guidelines and help I needed to successfully stick to it. I also had a course of supplements to take with each meal – all natural, each tablet reintroducing good bacteria into my system and helping to repair my damaged gut.

After 2 or 3 weeks, my symptoms had improved significantly. My constant bloating was a thing of the past, my bowel movements were completely normal, and my energy levels were back where they used to be. I have continued with the new diet plan, slowly adding new foods each week, and have never felt healthier.

I am a personal trainer, and my symptoms were causing real problems for my work – being bloated and constantly tired is a big issue when you’re supposed to be fit and healthy and inspiring confidence in others to achieve their fitness goals, so I am happy to say that following Emma’s expert advice to the letter has dramatically improved my life, my health, my sense of well being and even my mood. I didn’t realise just how much my stomach problems were getting me down, but now they are well on the way to being sorted, I’m much happier, something my partner, my family and my clients have all noticed and commented on.

I’ve recently completed Emma’s 21-day diet plan and couldn’t recommend it more. Not only have I shifted some unwanted pounds, the food recipes were delicious (which I’ll continue to keep on using) and the weekly check-ins were really informative, in fact, I found myself telling my friends about the facts I’d learnt whilst doing the programme.

For such an affordable price, I think everyone should give this a go because it’s not your typical diet plan where you’re forced to eat a bird-sized portion – you won’t go hungry on this diet, instead, you’re filling yourself with food filled with goodness that leaves your body feeling much more energised.
